Carlton joined Baird in 2014 in our Information Technology Department as an Application Administrator. During his 12 years with the firm, he has built strong relationships and consistently works towards positive client outcomes. He has a natural curiosity which has led him to transition in January 2025 to The Falci Group in Baird’s Private Wealth Management as a Client Assistant.
Carlton is a graduate from Winona State University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems. During his time at Winona State University, Carlton was a member of the collegiate football team – Go Warriors!
Carlton, his wife, and two children reside in Menomonee Falls. Outside of work, Carlton has a multitude of interests including real estate, basketball, football and music.
